Shannon is a registered interior designer who has worked for Capital Planning and Facilities for nine years as a senior space planner. She is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace and also serves as the Vice President for the Association of University Interior Designers. Shannon is the newest member of the APAFSC council having joined the board in September 2022. She enjoys meeting and working with fellow members of the council and being an integral part of the APAFSC community.
