Multicultural Leadership Empowerment Program

The IUPUI Multicultural Center proudly presents the Multicultural Leadership Empowerment Program (MLEP). The MLEP cultivates leaders to engage in issues of diversity, equity, and inclusion; developing knowledge, awareness, skills, and practices that respond to the challenges and possibilities of learning, working, and living in a diverse world.

 Who is this For?

The MLEP is a free, noncredit program provided to IUPUI students. All current IUPUI students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 or above are eligible to apply. If you have questions about the program or your eligibility, please contact Dennis Rudnick at drudnick@iupui.edu.
